These terms cover your use of hempclothing.in and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an item — because it is out of stock, or the listing carried an error — we will tell you and refund any amount already paid in full.
We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, or that are placed for resale rather than personal use.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order.
We try hard to keep prices and product information accurate. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Garment measurements, fabric compositions and care instructions are given in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them. Natural fibers vary: slight variation in colour, weave and texture between batches is a property of the material, not a defect.
On-screen colour reproduction varies between displays and is not a guarantee of the exact shade of the garment you receive.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment is due in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Orders may be cancelled if COD payment is refused on delivery.
Delivery timelines given on our Shipping & Returns page are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by delivery partners, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
You may not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt its operation, or scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others.
The site's text, design, illustrations, photographs and logo are our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law does not permit exclusion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
