We currently ship across India only, via a flat rate of ₹99 on every order.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location, and you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
We don't ship internationally yet — if there's demand, that's on our roadmap.
If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
To start a return, email hello@hempclothing.in with your order number and what you'd like to change — we'll confirm the next steps and a return address.
Innerwear and final-sale items (marked as such on the product page) can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer, so have your account details ready when you reach out.
